This is Oma, namesake of Oma's Hapu'u Hideaway. Oma is Jillian's mom, Olivia's grandma, and Todd's mother-in-law.

Oma hides away in Volcano one or two times a year, but at heart she's a city girl. Born and raised in New York City, she can't picture herself full time in a place that doesn't host opera.

After Oma bought a house across the street from us, she had to stop saying, "It's crazy to buy a house on a volcano!" Now she just says, "It's crazy to live on a volcano!"
