COLD WEATHER: Now that winter is upon us, you need to remind your children to bring jackets with them in the mornings.  Often we have some very chilly kids and sometimes it never warms up.

Absences:  Just a reminder that you need to call the office to report absences. The student will automatically be considered unexcused if no call or note is provided.    Also, if you call, it gives me an opportunity to find out the nature of the illness.  We have had 2 cases of Strep throat so far this year and we would like to keep it from spreading. Peggy

Bills:  I would appreciate it if you could get your November lunch and bus ride payments to me before school ends on Dec. 17. Then we can start the New Year with all of our accounts balanced!!!!  Thank you, Peggy

No A+: There will be no A+ on Dec. 17, right before Christmas vacation.

Don’t forget: Grades 3-5 Christmas Music Performance at KMC Theatre.  Dress rehearsal Dec. 21 at 6:00 pm.  Performance will be Dec. 22 at 7 pm. Please provide a red shirt.  See instructions from Ms. Bender’s insert.

More about performances:  Friday Dec. 17 at 8:30 and 9:00 am: the 3-5 grades are performing for the students at school.  Parents are welcome.
Surplus yearbooks: If you'd like to get a copy of last year's yearbook, there are extras in the office, discounted to $10 each.

Money for the school:  If you are buying a new Toyota Camry, Highlander or Sienna minivan during January, February, May or June, please name the teacher or school of your choice, and Toyota-Hawaii will take care of the rest by awarding cash certificates to the school.

Rags Wish List: The lunch staff could use rags for cleaning the Multi-Purpose Room.  If anyone has any rags you are not using at home, please donate them to us.  Thank you, The Lunch Staff
