**Further Change in Schedule Grading day has been changed from November 24 to Nov. 15 as we said last week, so that grades will be done in time for the parent-teacher conferences on Nov. 16 – 19.  These will be ½ days – school lets out at 12:00 noon instead of 1:00 pm as noted before.  LUNCH WILL BE SERVED.

Report on Picture Taking: It went very well, with only a few students absent.  Make up day will be announced as soon as we know and we will be taking group pictures at that time.  If you didn’t buy pictures and still want to do so, you can bring your money that day.

Middle School Parents:  Don’t forget, this Friday April 22 is the field trip to the Tsunami Museum and Laupahoehoe.  Students must have permission slips and the $2.00 admission fee turned in by Wednesday.  Also, be sure to pack a nutritious lunch and snack, and wear comfortable walking shoes.  Many thanks to the parents who have generously volunteered to drive students that day.  Scholarships available if you need one.

Halloween:  Friday, October 29, all students, all grades may participate in a Halloween Costume Parade after lunch, sponsored by the Middle School Students.  Ribbons and candies will be awarded to every child participant.

Important reminder:  Students are to be dropped of at the MP room and NOT the bubble.  Also students must sign in every morning.  Please keep traffic moving along.  NO SPEEDING PLEASE!!!!
