2nd Grade Parents: How exciting! We will be going on our first field trip this Thursday, August 10th from 8:15 – 9:45.  Having started the year introducing concepts such as cooperation, care, community, giving and receiving, and quality work through a study of honeybees, we will now be visiting the home of Jeff Judd in Volcano to see the life and work of bees through a glass viewer.  Ask your child what gifts our class has received from the bees.  And please sign the enclosed permission slip so your child can participate.  A parent chaperone would be appreciated as well; call Devorah Kaplan, 936-3102.

Attn: Ka'u Parents...
AYSO Soccer in Ka'u has extended the registration deadline until Friday August 25th at 5:00pm.  For more information or to receive a registration form, please call Kapua Serrao at 936-4508.
