In the 1930's our house was the Hutchinson Sugar Mill plantation manager's retreat, located in the cool mountain climate of Volcano Village, on the Big Island of Hawaii. On the grounds is a gem of a cottage, the former maid's quarters. Newly renovated, the cottage is a delightful hideaway in the heart of the village historic district.
The Maid's Quarters has one large bedroom with Queen-size bed and electric fireplace, a complete kitchen with dining area, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a bathroom with shower, and a livingroom with a woodburning stove, Internet TV featuring Roku & Netflix, and CD player. High-speed wireless internet is also included. Guests have access to our hottub in the gazebo (pictured above).

2 night minimum
Rate does not include tax (add 18% State & County Transient and Excise taxes)

Hawaiian Style -- No Shoes in House
Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit up to 2 months prior to reservation.
No refund within 2 months of reservation.
